We provide private guiding, driving and itinerary planning services.

We do not act as a travel agency or tour operator and we do not sell or organize travel packages within the meaning of applicable EU and Romanian tourism legislation.

Third-Party Services

Accommodation, meals, attraction tickets and any other third-party services are not included in our prices.

We may assist with recommendations or planning, but all such services are booked and paid directly by the client with the respective providers.

Liability

We are not responsible for the services provided by third parties, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, attractions or transport providers outside our direct services.

Clients are responsible for their own bookings and agreements with third-party providers.

Cancellations & Changes

Each experience is customized. Cancellation and modification terms are agreed individually depending on the duration and complexity of the service.

We aim to remain flexible and fair in all situations.
